Innova has been working recently  on becoming a top innovator player in sports retail, RANDOM collaborates to generate  new kinds of experiences to help Innova Sport design and build the experience and technology,  they need in order to transform physical locations into digital and profitable destinations.

Our main objective is to deliver, for their employees and their audiences, successful interactions that inspire and covert sales.

SHOE TRYOUT TREADMILL

To help people choose the most appropriate sneakers, RANDOM worked on an experience that makes personalized shopping for real.
This interactive experience allows you to try sneakers on a treadmill and go through the most popular training circuits in Mexico projected on video wall screens, depending on your speed the video speeds up or slows down making the tour a more real experience.

70% of people who try the experience turns in to a buyer.
This is a digital creative solution that directly impacts the business store indicators.

IT IS A PERSONAL SPORT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE
Besides the immersive running experience, shopping is complemented with personal expert service to consult on the best choices for footwear. 

Service design, technology and user research are implemented to test out shoes on a treadmill at the time that a digital application captures data from people running.
At INNOVA experts are at clients´ service offering recommendations based on personal information like footprint angles, weight and size.   

The hardest technical challenge was to synchronize the video signal, the game control interface and the hacked interactive treadmill together. 
Technological research still goes on at RANDOM looking for different ways to connect more devices for new experiences with the potential to enhance this successful innovation.

NBA POINT-OF-SALE AND SIGNAGE SYSTEM

This in-store interactive kiosk provides a number of functions:  additional stock selection, deeper seasonable product information and a personalized shopping experience. 

On one side this solution delivers enhanced content onto the retail floor for customers through large volume of information disposable, on the other side, being at the store they can count on superior personal service.
